Very important post. Sounds like today will be more of the same. The examiner will indicate that all is running relatively smoothly but that he'll need more time for his work streams to make final conclusions, which he anticipates will be late October, early November. He does note that he does not foreclose the possibility that he'll make additional requests for extensions of time. Sounds like we'll be waiting around until at least Halloween before we get any interesting updates...TO BE CONTINUED
