How do you potentially invest in Petro America when they are not allowed to issue stock?
My common sense reply was that if they can't invest now, they probably are thinking of doing it later. However, as you say, some buying is going on via different channels, as we keep hearing, so that would be he answer if he considers that route for buying now.
