I think we all stand to make a lot of money when the stock starts trading, that's the reason we bought this Petro stock in the first place.

AZGirl,
You know someone who knows a CPA who is checking the books / financials for Petro, and the CPA told that person that he/she would be making a lot of money from the Petro stock?

That sounds very good to me if that proves to be true, that is, Petro stock proving to have significant worth once it is public.

Yes, there is a wide range of folks who say that things do not look so rosy for Petro, and others who say otherwise. I would be glad if Petro could even perform somewhere in between those two scenarios but more toward the positive numbers side the better.

Hopefully, only a lesser percentage of investors would sell all their shares right away and the larger number of investors would sell just a portion at first and opt to do the equity loan and strips and coupon trade deal down the line.

What is one thing that is a little worrisome in regards to the stock market and that is the "hindenburg omen" and a possible stock market decline in October this year. Here is a link that discusses that theory -- www.thestreet.com/hindenburg-omen-is-a-stock-market-crash-imminent.html. The question is how much might the stock market decline if in fact this "omen" proves accurate in such a prediction this year in the fall. (You can read more via the link or do a google on that subject for more info.)

So, it would be well that Petro Kansas go public the sooner the better, and hopefully the market will not be experiencing large losses but only minor losses if that. We can only wait and see. The government these past couple of years has not been friendly to business and/or the market. We can just hope for the best. We have no control on how fast the Petro execs get the work done except that competent people have been or do get hired to do the work.

Please do continue to share whatever news that you may hear from your contacts. Thanks.

Second thought, can you ask him for a couple of financial ratios? These would not disclose actual dollar figures, but a ratio(percentage), like 2 to 1(200%), 1 to 1(100%), he'll know what they are etc.

A current ratio, quick ratio, and debt to equity ratio, would be great, if possible.

Also, maybe if we keep posting about this, the posts won't keep getting deleted. Curious as to why they would be.
