dmhdmh, ZVTK has no Patent or exclusivity to the Ionic Bulb;

They do own the US Trademark to the name "Ionic Bulb".

After looking at the PDF with the page number and the mention of the Ionic Bulb without a picture, I do believe the article is in Consumers Digest just have not seen it yet.

No patent but if you google or alexa or amazon the ionic bulb/ its website it is vastly above the other versions. I don't feel too threatened.
