BB - IMO - we will get a higher buy-out price than many expect. If you have the right M&A specialist we can see this company sell for a market cap north of $2 billion. I think your estimate is fair. The day of approval the PPS will not reflect what the ultimate purchase price by one of the large suitors will pay for I3.

At this point and in this unique situation we have a GAME CHANGER. It's going to be difficult to put a finger on the ideal price that I3 is really worth and at what stage of production it will reach it's potential sales.

Just a few facts that we do have are as follows: current demand is greater that 12,500 units annually (US and abroad) and this is for only one facit of radiology. The missing links that will enhance the buy-out price is Price per unit, Low radiation, Portability, etc... the demand will grow exponentially.
