Gaining seats in Congress will do nothing to improve their image, our problems, or steer the country away from oblivion.

Two to four years from now we'll see angry voters going back to the polls and vote in a Democratic majority. It won't do any good, given we're still a nation with our heads up our rear ends; we'll continue to vote for the guy (or the gal) that "looks good".....

And UNBELIEVABLE!!! It makes you want to pull your hair out. We should be gaining 50 seats instead of losing our entire majority. The republiCON long range plan of dumbing down of America has certainly paid off for them.

Agree 100%. I do what I can, such as volunteering for cavassing and phone banks, but the problem is just so much bigger than that, and unfortunately the collective populous is willing to vote against their own best interests time and time again.
