I know we have not always seen eye to eye on the best tactics for expressing our view of JBII future but rest assured we are both doing what we think is right and we both hope for the very best for our JBI Global stock.

did it ever occur to you guys that the DEC may have been joking when they stated that no one has ever done this before? In other words... they think JBII is a joke? in other words, what they are really saying is "why would anyone do this in the first place"?

Out of curiosity, I just tried calling Larry Fitzman at the DEC, but he's in a meeting now. If I get a chance later, maybe I'll ask him if he indeed made the 9 statements below attributed to his department and whether he still stands by them.
