I don't know. Saddam and Kim Jong-il lived/live in palaces and seemed to enjoy all that their money could buy them. Castro appears to live in a modest villa and certainly doesn't seem to indulge in an extravagant lifestyle. Again, I wonder why he would want/need to amass such a fortune?

Perhaps he has simply because he can. Who knows?
