If you click on the link i provided earlier,once it loads up you should see a map of polk county. AT the very top you will see a search function once you hit that search look to the right side of the gis map and you will see a secondary window with search features. You can search for residential or buisness. IN the buisness screen type in 'Distribution Management Services. Then a pop up window will appear and it will list 12 properties per page. There are 15 pages. Click on any of the property open records and you will see the sales history and its current value
