Thanks very much Forza for taking the time to translate the whole article. Very interesting to say the least.

Thanks for all the work, it is indeed a very interesting article. It would be important to find out how many shares of U.S. listed companies Xu's group is still holding or if some of its clients (GFRE, NEWN?) are now completely disconnected from Shenzhen Huayin. The only thing I could find yesterday with a brief search is a significant stake of "China US Bridge Capital" in HSYT, but this stock doesn't interest me anyway. I guess we would have to find some filings of Shenzhen Huayin, if they are even required to report their holdings.

Well I guess that's not too good of an article for JADA shareholders right. Are they implying possible false numbers in these stocks?

Who is the author of that article of that Kit Tsui article? It sounds like it is someone from the Muddy Watters organization with this comment:

After we published the fraud investigation of Oriental Paper (ONP) in July (For details see our Jul 22nd report), our journalist received many accusation data from institutions and individual investors.

It also seems a huge stretch to make the following comment:
Being the organization that was behind ONP’s listing, Xu and his group began to show their presence. Our investigation shows, Xu and his “family-like” group were involved in the listing of nearly 10 companies. They helped Chinese firms buy shell companies, manufacture financial data, and use many off-shore companies to create a mirage of beautified financial results.

CHFI has a bad reputation but it is for relentlessly selling shares that they held helping to arrange the Reverse mergers with various companies and that is what drove the SP down, not the "manaufacture of false data" as the article states.

Seems like another case of a short trying to spread more fear to beat down the group's stock prices and make a fat profit for themselves in the process.
