Agreed but I'm not sure how that's misleading. The only negative outcome is NSE. The only other options are SE and we all retire filthy rich, or AI and we wait a little longer to retire filthy rich. As long as it's not NSE we end up rich, and NSE only happens 3% of the time. Those sound like pretty good odds to end up filthy rich to me.

How does this become 97% approval? If the carryover from each period is not included in that calculation then the number has no statistical significance.
