Sorry, the company provided these answers. Obviously, they felt comfortable in answering them, no one forced them to do so. In fact, their PAID REP initiated this whole Q and A!!!

Discussion of the answers and pointing out their avoidance and vagueness is completely on topic and will continue.

If the company didn't want to publish these answers, they could have waited. They didn't. Obviously they were comfortable with releasing them and then of course they would be discussed, as they are now.
