Well, SNY is flat today, but they've already guided for poor Lovenox sales. Nope, only Momenta takes the hit, since the dual generic scenario is incrementally much more damaging to them than any other player. So I guess the rumor is plausible after all.

MNTA's share price weakness will persist for as long as MNTA allows it too.

SNY, TEVA, FDA, SEC, even NVS will do nothing to dispel any rumour.
