Seems to me TEVA would be up more than .4% if that was the rumor making the rounds. But I could be wrong. We'd probably hear renewed BS from Amphastar as to how they must be close now, thus making the market a non-winner for everyone. Perhaps this fear is holding poor TEVA back a bit. No analyst will back Amphastar's view, though, since they're private (unless, of course, they plan to go public).
