It looks like a perfect setup for an island reversal to me. If so, a convincing reversal of the new bull market would be disheartening for a lot of folks that thought the last reversal was the one they had been waiting for.
One thing everybody always forgets is that the market is an equal opportunity head basher. It likes to get both the bulls and the bears, and most of all it likes to get those who get gleeful at other folks pain - and that goes equally for both bulls and bears also.
