Doubtful. The FDA, of all groups, knows repercussions for any 'signal' in advance of a formal decision violates a number of laws - SEC, ethics, etc - not to mention penalties IMGG would face for the same actions.

This week's run-up is simply attributed to the approaching 150 day jitters and heightened newfound awareness in the investment firm community - nothing more.
