While I agree that it's good to have a way for a prospective client to test the system, it would take only a couple of minutes to set up a keyword for an interested client instead of just randomly entering every company we can think of. So if IBM was interested, the ambassador enters IBM into the database for a limited time to kick the tires on it. But for us to have all these companies, basically every major company, already in the system, free, seems counter to what we need to do, which is to get sales and limit expenses (who's paying/subsidizing any free minutes when someone texts one of these non-paying companies? We are.)
Nothing wrong with keeping a few, say 5, of the companies "free" in the database and we can tell any potential client to text "x" and see how that works. But 7,000 of them ? How long is both the free lease and the free minutes going to go on for these companies.
