It's possible other players could have filed and we don't know about it. No more need for Paragraph IV filings :)

If there were applicants other than the ones we know about, this probably would have been mentioned in the documents submitted to the court in response to SNY’s lawsuit vs the FDA.

By the way, the invalidated Lovenox patents are technically still in the Orange Book, although they ought to have been removed by now:
