of course not, but my point is much of JBII is not in JB's hand's, right???.....hypothetically, maybe he gets bad counsel by those more interested in their own compensation, it has happed before in penny-land....
PS: I am not saying it has happened, or will, just that is is non-zero, as that example shows....
The real question is: Would you scam people you don't know to keep your family happy? Remember his family were invested in the losing tape business and with JBII he has given them the opportunity to make their money back times ten when it ran to $7.70. So the incentive to scam the general public in this case is very very high.
