PS, reading the tea leaves, it appears a settlement may occur before the jury issues decision on damages. Given the risks to PLUS of an appeal, and the exposure to ARBA of between $80 million and $300 million, I'm guessing a settlement would be confidential and would be between $80 and $150 million....
