After news like that, it is amazing that AMHD, has not popped above .001! CEO owns over one "BILLION" shares of which he paid for! He either knows AMHD, is undervalued and has a bright future or he is totally stupid, which I doubt, time will tell! Great news, good luck to all!

Great .. AMHD get billed by Freddie for doing little and then Freddie gets 265 Million shares.

Why not just say its shares for services debt conversion?
