Hey E, I have no chart skills, but I know the history of this stock because I've been in and out of here for a while.
That's a nice chunck of shares. I sold 600,000 all above the resistance you mentioned for a pretty big loss. I'm waiting more than 30 days because of that downtrend and the constant PR's with all those shares bringing down the PPS.
ILNS is OTC so they're not 'listed' on an exchange that requires them to be over a buck and that's why I don't think an RS will happen. Though I was in Genta at sub-penny levels and they didn't need to be over a buck and they RS'ed 2 times since I got out so who really knows. Good luck and I'm sure to be back in some time for long term. :-D
