This is so incredibly mis-leading.

For all we know the stack test hasn't even been firmy scheduled.

Last annoucement from John was that the stack test was tentatively scheduled based on the availabiliy of the DEC [or whoever specifically performs the test].

So, JBI has advised them we are ready for the test, for all we know they havent even acknowledged us yet we are still waiting our turn in a stack of applications piled a foot high. We just know for certain that JOhn has told them we are ready when they are.

So 100% chance means the stack test is completed? Where did you get this information? I see no press release or 8K so the only way you have this insider information is if someone on the inside illegally passed this information to you, or the statement is completely false and in violation of SEC regulations. This assumes that if the DEC told you that, you would have gladly posted that they told you it was completed.

There is now a 100% chance that by the end of today that the stack test was completed. ;)
