My impression of IMS data is that it corresponds to prescriptions filled. Since enox retail prescription volume is only a small fraction of the overall sales picture I don't think even in downstream quarters it will be of much help. True, it will be more information than we have now; but, I personally won't glean much from that information presently or in the future.
Sandoz is largely in the stage of stocking wholesalers now and to my knowledge IMS doesn't track that data.
As to whether there's another source, other than IMS, I don't know. I'm certainly not familiar with one. Can anybody else offer a suggestion?
