Just to highlight my error:

Pennystockchaser.com

and

Pennystockchaser.net

are quite likely operated by different organizations.

They both use anonymous domain registrars, so it's not super easy to tell by looking right at the WHOIS.

IAB Media might have seen the following Pennystockchaser.COM had, and registered the .net domain.

I didn't check the dates. But if the .net follows the .com, that would make sense.
