8/31/10 - NewMarket Technology, Inc. (NWMT) today announced that Company management has kicked off a Trade Mission to India this week. Earlier this year, NewMarket announced plans to expand its systems integration operations into India as part of a strategic plan to expand the Company's annual revenue base to augment its 2010 $150 million annual forecast and improve net income.
NewMarket provides systems integration services in China, Southeast Asia, Latin America, North America and East Africa, with a primary focus on the world's emerging and growing markets. Systems integration services include technology reseller, customization, integration, outsourcing and support services. NewMarket's technology services operations in China and Brazil are poised to provide offshore systems integration and technology outsourcing services in the United States and Western Europe. However, today China and Brazil are not yet widely recognized as technology outsourcing resources for Western markets. India is a recognized global technology services outsourcing resource, and the Company has been developing plans to expand its outsourcing services, established in 2009, through geographic expansion into India. Senior management from both NewMarket and its Greenfield Partner China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTC.BB:CCTR - News) will be conducting a series of meetings in India to evaluate local systems integration acquisition candidates.

NewMarket Technology released a Webcast conducted by NewMarket's Chief Financial Officer, Philip J. Rauch, last week to review its recently filed second quarter 2010 financial report. For the first six months of 2010, NewMarket reported a 26% profitable revenue growth to $55 million compared to the same period in 2009. Net income for the first six months of 2010 was up over 100% to $1.49 million compared to the same period in 2009.
