"Spyder" you're right, the bickering amongst ourselves cannot be doing us good. Imo I'm giving them more time. I feel pretty assured they are aware of all of our concerns as I'm sure they've received plenty of email and phone calls about our concerns. I've emailed them myself and awaiting a reply.
