Don't get too far from that trigger - it's not out of the question to think that he might have talked an MM into running this stock up in exchange for promising to dump all the shares the MM wants at a preset price so that they could feed a buying frenzy and make their commissions (let's not forget that they altered the articles of incorporation a while back giving themselves unlimited common stock!); it's happened before. I just hope that you don't get stuck on the wrong side of it, or worse yet talk anyone else into getting in when the dump is on.
If there was a legitimate business behind the stock, they'd be more than happy to show it off. There never has been to date - only hollow promises and empty PRs.
