Zip - what counts as a metric of the 35%? I.e. some way to differentiate manufacturing at capacity due to end user demand vs pipeline filling. (I suspect that jbog would claim that manufacturing capacity was hit due to pipeline filling issues)



I do not think we have significant data points that quantify end use.

The data we have speaks to filling the channel.

IF all that happened is that Sandoz shipped 5M units and can deliver another $40M each six weeks, then that suggests depositing in the channel about 20% of the market by my crude calculations.

Something MORE than that is needed to justify Shea's statement of "penetrating" the market up to their capacity.

PS My limited experiences watching initial product flows at various companies says that companies have a tough time segregating pipeline filling from end user demand. Especially so at product roll out. FWIW.
