this concerns me a bit in that ever since the last PR we've been talking about Dean being removed (Smart-ass font applied: "As-IF" anyone here has that ability). If that actually does happen then we'll have yet one more PR saying he is replaced -- and what kind of publicity is that for us?
In one respect it could be good since most of us here would prefer the change in leadership, however, it just seems to send the wrong message about the stability of this company and the continuity of the vision we have all invested in.
Just my concern. It's hard to see the affects of these things until they actually happen. 9 times out of 10 this type of action goes well -----> Assuming Dean does leave.
