i apologize. my comments were too harsh. garnick was very crucial, did lead a very large dept and guided genentech's regulatory during a very prosperous period. But as you can imagine, when you run a dept of 1300 people, you are not the person setting the product strategy for individual products and you are not the one F2F negotiating with the FDA at every meeting. someone in his position at genentech may sign off on the bLA. He is very experienced, intelligent, and NICE.
What bothers me is that PPHM and flaunting at every chance his experience to lure investors while claiming they have prorprietary technology that they have shown no proof of.
It also bothers me that he allows this.
Mr. Garnick has made a ton of money off his options at genentech and doesn't need to work. maybe he's not paying attention that his credentials are being pimped
