Then why didn't Islechem say that then? Or anywhere that doesn't have a Forward-Looking Statement disclaimer?

IsleChem didn't say that because it was not a forward looking report. IsleChem reported only on what they found and measured.
It would have been inappropriate for them to comment on forward looking things in that report. Since then JBII has said the IsleChem is in fact working on separation equipment. I'm sure if you go look thru the past posts and filings you will find it.

It would have been inappropriate for Islechem to define "near-diesel"? Or it may have hurt the pump?

JBII specified what the liquid fraction is composed of in slides at the AGM. You choose to ignore that.
JBII has said that IsleChem is working on separation hardware. You choose to ignore that. Or would that have hurt the dump?
