I'm not going to get into specifics about what I saw since my visit was "unofficial" and I'm not sure what I can/can't say. I just wanted to see what all the hype was about and visit the well I invested in so long ago.
I didn't snoop around for a pipeline since that would run underground ground through multiple properties and I didn't want to snoop on multiple properties for fear of being shot! This is back country Texas we're talking about!
What I can tell you is that I was happy with what I saw. I was in Texas for 7 days and didn't see pumping oil wells until I turned down Old Pin Oak Rd to visit Erberle. All you see driving down that road are pumping oil wells. Those land owners don't look poor either. I wish I owned some land in Bastrop!
