there's a world of difference between bashers and truth-seekers. the truth-seeker posts investigative DD, names names, points to the particular lines in filings, references court cases, and does extensive study on how a stock is manipulated. the basher, otoh, uses sound bites and points to filings without culling them for their information. case in point, the filing to take this off the OTCBB. it's a standard filing. but where the truth-seeker ties it in to other material, such as court dockets, news blurbs, the history of the participants, and so forth, the basher simply uses it to say THERE!
that's because where a truth-seeker will try and teach you something, so that you might learn from the experience, the basher tells you what he (or she) wants you to believe and teaches you nothing. iow, while truth-seekers are interested in all traders, bashers care about no one but themselves.
now mind you, none of this infers that a basher is wrong. this is a gamblers game, and the odds aren't in the gamblers favor. most of these stocks -- and that includes big boards where CEO's are rewarded handsomely in shares -- are only concerned about making money for insiders, who receive discounted and/or free shares. we, the bettors, do not hold the cards. we sit outside the table watching the game and place our stakes on the hands we perceive to be the best. unfortunately, we are prone to emotions and misdirections. this is why so many traders use charts to lessen the impact of the emotions we feel for what we are told, as versus what we know. unfortunately, charts mean very little when a stock is trading below .0004. so common sense, clear reasoning, and history are among the only tools one has when playing a lotto pick. while that might not seem like a lot to work with, it can be more than enough.
to play the game, you must know the game. to know the game, you must learn the game. once you learn the game, you can play the game.
