To follow Mokyo's well pointed out response, This guy is just another PAID mouthpiece like SHERRI,. What would you expect him to do? Bad mouth the company? NO of course not. He played it exactly like any investor relations representative should have played it. He did what insurance agencies do to people who file claims, they deny them, they deflect them, and the insured continues to press the issue until there is some sort of resolve.. Same thing here. They are playing the odds, and hoping we do nothing. They are doing what they have done with all of their misses in the past, which is to deflect it by adding some new news and hype in some other direction.
And they know that we caught them with that 1.75 million dollar deal, and their next moves are to counter what many here on this board are doing, or are in the process of doing, which is file complaints against both brothers with the SEC.
If they prove to shareholders that they are not frauds, I am quite sure many would withdraw their complaints to the SEC, shortly thereafter, or in the coming days, or not a moment too soon.
