markets down don't seem to effect hafc sometimes it moves up good on a bad market day, the thing is lots of people are in higher and averaged down at 1.25 so pretty much the floor was 1.25 up from here its ready and news is coming is the rumor , it is figured they will get regulatory approval soon , if so the stock will move up fast , I think like abk did. Except hafc is not going bk , they have Korean people running it.
