Yes, Agilyx is doing what JBI says they'll be doing.

Agilyx has one patent with more in process. Agilyx has one oil producing/selling site, with more in process.

Do you think JBI will be able to work around Agilyx's patent(s), or will they have to become a licensee/royalty payer?
