Plenty of new shares out there.

From the latest 10Q: As of May 17, 2010, there were 3,040,618,507 shares of our common stock outstanding.

From the most recent S-8: 3,769,438,860 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of August 26, 2010.

That's 728 Million shares issued in slightly more than 3 months. Lets do this by weeks. Let us use 14.5 weeks. That is 50 million shares issued per week on average. So relax, Zevites, you have at least 24 weeks before the need for a reverse split or additional authorized shares.
