8/16-17 PR is pretty untruthful.
One mention of the word "consulting" did not outweigh 5 or 6 other references to

OFFICER, CEO, CFO, "RUNNING THE COMPANY," MANAGEMENT.

An Officer, by definition, cannot be a consultant.
It has a very specific definition in corporate law.
