Well, if you use the dates of July 23 to August 30th, 2007 as a contractual merger CNAG START-UP date, it will be TEN YEARS of the protracted 'GREAT RECESSION' with it's severe CREDIT CRUNCH still affecting Recovery Of Markets worldwide; especially in EMERGING COMMAND ECONOMY China.

Hopeful they'll re-register by this year or next; asap quickly, & never will be quickly enough!

CNAG's net income for 2005 & 2006 was $3.5M & $5M even back then.
CNAG had over 3,000 employees in 2007.
CNAG was acquired from 13 owners for $50 million in 2007.
CNAG now has assets over ONE BILLION U.S. DOLLARS!

CNAG IS NOW A HUUUGE CONGLOMERATE WITH OVER A BILLION CLEAR IN ASSETS!

CNAG HAS NOW BEEN CERTIFIED #465 of the 'TOP 500 ENTERPRISES IN CHINA'!!

In the near future, I'll list the links to some of their HUUUGE subsidiaries they've acquired & started up!!!

We were the 5% big buyers ten years ago, & it's positioned tremendously RAPID EXPAAANSION GROWTH!

With our well over one million shares of a locked float, this should be over $50./ share at least, but time will tell.

Re-registration is very easily done via a special SEC department with a consolidated 10K & audits; due to the obvious China severe 'Great Recession' & CREDIT CRUNCH hardships of being a START-UP in an EMERGING COMMAND ECONOMY, of course.
