How could they have lost it, and from where could they have lost it from ?

It is the difference between how much they spent vs. how much they brought in.

That was the gap between revenues and expenses. Revenues were over $7 million less than exopenses and all those shares that covered that gap are lost forever as they created absolutely no value whatsoever.
