Based on today's trading, its pretty clear that no one thought the SNY litigation posed a significant risk to MNTA's value.
I agree. IMHO, based on today's trading so far, it seems that the market is saying "So what?" to the dismissal of the injunction.
OT: Wallstarb, my point was twofold: first, a person who is presenting himself as a professional writer certainly is held to a higher standard than the average poster. And second, traditionally an argument presented correctly had a bit more weight than one full of errors, but that appears to be changing.
