Just checked pinksheets L2, DTOR pays for this service which costs $3k a year i believe, anyhow the market maker ETMM, is sitting on the ask of .01. Being a retail market maker thought it was interesting. Though i know L2 doesnt make sense during the close of the trading day, just thought i would point it out.
