Yea that sure does, this can apply to both commercial and retail customers. I wonder if they can sell the licenses and create reoccurring income and contracts.
I didn't realize that it didn't produce air bubbles. A stealth product could then be marketed to the military. I don't see that as one of the applications. The Navy Seals would use something like that so that they could sneak into an area undetected by water.
