I'm a shareholder - $500K shares.
I've been following all postings with keen interest for some time.

This is my 1st post. It is not fun to lose $$$.
It is not fun to see constant EEGC bashing.
However, I am interested in finding out more about the debt conversion since I too cannot see it clearly on the 10Q.
I called but only get voicemails.

Mr. Ernie, or anyone else that is able to get to the bottom of this please share.
