Didn't news break on wire services after AH ended? Some sites still don't have the news.

But the stock moved ~10% in the last 30 minutes, so someone knew. But no big number of shares, so not much money made or much indication of where the market will be tomorrow. Both pre-market and the real session will be interesting.

Great news about the injunction being denied. I will assume that once we see a nice rise, one or more analysts will say that the the TEVA product will soon be approved to try and manipulate shares once again. I am getting cynical in my old age. Must be a flashback from GTCB days.
