I only see the conversion working if BEHL does a reverse split, because the A/S does not change, it remains at the current Authorized.

Question to all- For situations when we see a sunbiz filing, but the pdf hasnt hit yet (like last week, and in June), I'm just wondering if there exist any possibility that the filing could be beneficial to the share price? Seems most will negatively impact the pps, so wouldn't it be wise then to sell immediately if you see that, and then wait till the aftermath to rebuy?
