Van, your axioms are a superb and comprehensive guide to investing in OTC. On slow days and days where I sniff too much manipulation I like to post those axioms for any newbs like myself. Thank you.

It is time IMO. OH bottom play not front loaded, just what peeps look for, this one IMO is going MUCH higher from current PPS, this is a longer term play, do not expect to make 100% over night.

Sarissa (SRSR) should be on your list. Jr Exploration company sitting on the 2nd largest Niobium deposit in the world...trading in the .03's is a position trader's play. This stock will almost certainly uplist. What's keeping the stock down? A British Columbia Cease Trade Order against SRSR's NI 43-101 (a national trading instrument explaining what the property has in the ground) had some technical or clerical issues. Sarissa is addressing those issues and will re-file and get the CTO removed. The CEO is a son of a mining hall of fame guy (I researched it and there really is such a thing).

What's hot about Niobium? 1- it's not gold so it's not sexy but we have to have it. China has recently pulled back on exporting the stuff catching the US with our pants down...we need new sources. SRSR is in mining friendly Ontario (but is a US company) and has just joined hands with Dahlman-Rose as an adviser to search or and develop a joint venture business partner.

Anyway, this is one of the most undervalued stocks I can find. Do your own DD as always.
