CLDX doesn't have anything to say about the Phase III. The drug is now in PFE's hands and PFE controls all the decision-making, as far as I know. PFE is said to be in negotiations with the FDA over the protocols for the Phase III.
More knowledgeable posters than I might want to chime in.
An oncologist that I spoke to said the results of the Phase II in GBM looked very good. The oncologist is actually more excited about CDX-011 for triple negative breast cancer, which is scheduled to start Phase II's next quarter.
