That does not seem possible, as long as he owns all those preferred. Looks like all the commons go down with Dean. Looks like the bod has no power at all. Ol Deano is pretty slick, too bad he can't get some slick funding, or maybe he never intended to. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. GL
